Summit Solutions HQ provides AI-powered business automation services, including but not limited to missed call text-back systems, follow-up automation, document processing, and data reactivation campaigns. We also develop software products including Pocket Chef.
Service fees are as quoted in your service agreement. Setup fees are due upon commencement of work. Monthly recurring fees are billed at the beginning of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
All content, designs, code, and materials on our website and in our services are the intellectual property of Summit Solutions HQ unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Solutions HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in activities that may harm our business or other clients.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
